We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. Children under 13 will not be admitted without an adult. Cell phones MUST be turned off and no photography or videotaping is allowed. You will experience intense audio and lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, and a physically demanding environment.  You should not participate if you are physically handicapped, pregnant, in a cast or using a crutch, have claustrophobia, are prone to seizures, have heart or respiratory problems.

Tickets are non refundable.  In acceptance of entrance into the Apollo Civic Haunted Theatre the ticket holder agrees to release the operator, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees and owner from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending the Apollo Civic Haunted Theatre.

For your safety, and the safety of the actors, security staff as well as security cameras will be placed throughout the theatre.
